Video Playing Issues (YouTube,etc)

When I'm watching videos online on YouTube or on MSNBC news, the videos will stop
midway and refuse to play. On MSNBC, when it stops it'll automatically go to the
next video. On YouTube it will just stop and not play; even if I move to a different
section of the video.
What's wrong with my computer?

Probably something with your browser or flash player, try removing and reinstalling
them.

I was able to re-install the Flash Player but not my browser. I use MSN explorer
9.6, it's very complicated but basically it won't let me re-install it and it was
amazing that I was able to install it in the first place.
Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
