memory card drives won't work

I bought a memory card to transfer pics from phone to computer. I put the empty card in, just for the heck of it. It read the card - folder empty (which it was). I programmed the phone to put pics straight to the card and put some pics on it. Now, when I put the card into the computer it does not repsond at all. Not only that, but the card slot that takes my camera card is not working now, either. Does anybody have a magic trick for this? I'm thinking I did something dumb and can't undo it. Thanks!

Kevin Andries

Try reinstalling the drivers for the card reader.

Thanks, Kevin. I don't recall installing drivers in the first place! How do I do that? I appreciate your help. JD
