Is there a way to download and save my entire Favorites folder to a USB drive memory stick without having to download each item seperately?

Navigate to the folder in your profile folder and copy it if you use IE, in FF just export the file.

Adam: Thanks for your help! Got it done. Now, do you know how to do this with the desktop (showing all the icons)?

No prob, glad to help. The desktop is a combination of 2 folders and some system generated items so not quite as simple but you can get the shortcuts copied. If you have ever done it with XP it is the same only with folder names changed. Icons unique to your desktop are in "C:\Users\[username]" icons for all users are in "C:\Users\public" keep in mind that this will not preserve the layout, I am not sure where the OS stores that data.
