Thanks for posting this. I was wondering how that got installed and I suspected that MS was forcing it. I was just able uninstall using the uninstall button in FF. Perhaps they enabled uninstall with the update to Firefox 3.6 Remove the Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant (ClickOnce) Firefox Extension:
