I have a small home network.. (4 computer..)
Only mine is on XP and all others are on win98..
Im using network card,, RJ45 ... with a small hub,,
since the begining ,, good or not Im satisfact using Netbeui protocol,,
you seem to be okey,, verifying name of computer,, and specially if youre on the
same on both machine..
But dont forget when you install on XP ,, system ask you if you want to do a disk
for network instalation..
say yes,, so on other machine you will have to run that small files to update the
other system ...
and it will work..
config, youre accessibility properly.... (security) and share the access you want..
