I solved this problem in 2 ways. First time, I simply set my BIOS to boot from CD
first (before HD), and the install started that way. Of course, you'll need to reset
the BIOS after the Win2K setup finishes the install and reboots your machine. I'm
assuming your install disk will be bootable, as mine was. Second time, I solved it
the following way. My CD has a folder called "bootdisk", and a DOS executable called
"makebt32" (and one called "makebt" - I used the makebt32 one). Runn that in DOS
and it will create for you 4 WinK install floppies that should get you started (your
BIOS will need to be set to boot first from floppy, of course).
