I have the NTI Software that came with my CRW-1662 drive. It is not compatible with Win2K or WinXP, however, using Win2K or WinXP's compatibility mode managed to solve the problem for me. In Win2K you have to edit the shortcut to the program you wish to run by changing it to run in Win95 compatibility mode. In WinXP you can actually change the compatibility mode on the executable itself, and you can pick from Win95, 98 or NT. I hope this works for you. Gary
