I'm planning a clean install of XP, and had intended to install Easy CD Creator 5
Platinum but after reading these posts, I may be returning the software.
I've become mildly dependent on Direct CD for backing up my large ever changing Quicken
file, as well as "precious" data files and my many disorganized photos and MP3's
that I've not yet burned to CD-R. If Direct CD is unavailable, I will need to backup
all these files to Zip disks (or "waste" quite a few CD-R's).
Does anyone know if the Roxio update that was just released resolves the problems
with Direct CD? If not, Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum is history!
Finally, does anyone out there use InCD (the nero version of packet writing) and
will it convert my Direct CD files?
