problems with startup windows xp

Hey i have a question about windows xp
after i installed windows xp (with finalizing the setup) he wil restart then i will
see a windows xp logo en a blue cursor that moves from left to right then suddenly
i will see a black screen en windows stops loading it keep repeating and repeating
can you help me???
and i can only startup in safe mode can you help me???
