you will have a lot of conflict because of upgrade....because 9x kernel that ME and
98 use will be replaced by NT and that's huge change for a operating system. better
to clean install any operating systems......also make sure that partition magic works
on NT because I have heard that partition magic doesn't work in NTFS...GOOD LUCK~!
