I DIDN'T UNINSTALL IT BUT BY RUNNING MSCONFIG I WAS ABLE TO KEEP IT FROM STARTING.
REMOVE THE CHECK IN THE STARTUP MENU. YOU'LL THEN RESTART AND THEN GET A MESSAGEABOUT
THE CHANGE.
