???on trojan virus

I obtained a backdoor.trojan virus. I even got the trojan remover. It removes some
of the infected active trojans, but the file that I got it from cannot be deleted
or renamed. trojan remover cannot detect it, but my norton virus scan always does.
If you have any advice on how to get rid of this one exe file that is infected,
it would be appreciated.
