XP Logon screen

Ok so I've found a program that lets you switch logon screens (xplogonui.stormpages.com)
but it gives me a weird "module not found error" msg when I run it.
Anyone know how to change the logon screen?
Anyone know some good places to GET logon screens? (from what I've seen I need a
"logonui.exe" file and I don't know how to make it)
