At my shop we generally count on Panda Antivirus Platinum. I'm using the Titanium version now and it seems as good, just dumbed-down a bit. There is a really good article comparing Panda to Norton, McAfee, and a couple others at www.pcworld.com. It seems able to clean just about anything. www.pandasoftware.com
