Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum

I have 2 problems:
1: Only the owner account can print to our printer. The
accounts I've created for my other family members won't
print properly to the printer, regarless of wether I make
them administrator ot limited. I'm using the latest HP
XP
drivers.
2: Limited Use accounts cannot access programs that were
installed after the accounts were created.
Can anyone help me with these issues? Thanks!
