I wouldn't normally recommend tampering with the registry if you're not familiar
with it.....but warnings aside, if you know what you're doing then you might also
need to modify this registry key value. Under:
HKLM >
Software >
Microsoft >
Windows NT >
CurrentVersion >
Winlogon >
look for the key "PowerdownAfterShutdown" and change its value to "1". Again, I must
warn you that you really have to know what you're doing.
