Photo Printing Wizard loads temporary internet files

I collect faxes as TIF images attached to email messages, a service provided by J2 communications. When I open these attached TIF images while in Outlook Express 6 running under XP, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer opens properly. But when I go to print the images, the Photo Printing Wizard, which is launched when I hit the printer icon while in the viewer, sometimes (not always) loads up to several hundred images from sites that I have recently visited on the web. I know that the Photo Printing Wizard will load all images in a given folder from which you want to print images, so somehow it seems that it is defaulting to the temporary internet file folder. The problem with this is the large number of images in this folder can fill memory to the point that the Printing Wizard actually hangs. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there a simple way to change a setting to prevent this?
