I have a mustek 1200 usb scanner which was also not supported . However I downloaded the windows 2000 drivers from the web site and tried installing them . I eventually persuaded them to install with a registry hack but you may find that windows 2000 drivers from visioneer will load straight away or under compatability mode . Failing all that if you don't like tinkering with the registry I have a small visual c++ utility which I am working on which may do the job .Ian
