It seems excite doesn't have a pop server that you can use to retrieve your excite
mail into another e-mail program. In other words the problem is not your reader...it's
excite. You may want to use another web-based e-mail service that does have pop
capability like yahoo! Go to http://mail.yahoo.com to sign up. Their help section
tells you how to configure Outlook Express to retrieve your e-mail.
