Can't re-install XP Sunday, November 18, 2001 at 2:57 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by doctorf (3 messages posted) Installed XP and had the problems from the start. XP tour freezes, Script erros in Media Player and numberous other annoyances. 2 weeks later I find I have a bad memory Mod. Replaced, but I think I corrupted some files at install. Want to re-install now but, I get a setup error right after it accepts my Registration Key and It wants to close the install process. Any ideas short of a format and clean install?
