Network Folder Security Password

Ok, this is really bugging me. I have installed Windows XP Corporate, and I seemed
to have lost a security feature that was really nice to have. As I am on workgroup
ethernet, I would really like to have some folders shared across the network, but
password protected so as only I have access to them (Like in Windows 98 where you
could set access to a folder when the password was correct). When I installed Windows
XP RC-1/2, I had the "Security" tab where I could set permissions. Now that I've
installed corporate, I've lost the feature. Does anyone know how to turn this back
on or to enable it? Is this the same as with Pro and Home Editions?
Thanks!
