I installed it on a Toshiba laptop running a celeron 366 with 192mb ram and 4gb drive.
I would recommend upgrading from 98 to xp; it is very stable and certainly no slower
than 98. I am very pleased with it. I used the Pro. variant and it is excellent but
the Home version is the same minus multiprocessor support and a few other features
which corporations would need.
