I have the same problems trying to get files off my windows 98 laptop to my windows
xp desktop. Weird thing is I can see the windows xp files on my laptop, showing that
I am connected, but when I switch to use the laptop as host I can't view the files
on my desktop with windows xp ( even though the icon in the task bar shows the 2
computers connected ) ??? I think it may have something to do with the NETBEUI protocol
not being on windows xp, but mine was pre-installed on my e-machine, so I have no
disk to check for the file. If you find a solution, please e-mail me. Thanks
