Help!I cannot boot to my XP partition anymore because the boot sector was strapped to the 98 partition which i deleted(bonehead move). I thought I no longer needed it as I had set the XP partition as active via partitionmagic. I've reinstalled 98 via system recovery disk and further partitioned my hard drive with a new install of xp.from the new xp install i tried to set the boot record to the old xp via recovery console but the old partition wouldn't show up. however, when i do go into computer mgt.-->disk options, it does show but I cannot do anything with.any ideas? any utilities i could use to get back my data at least?
