Windows XP doesn't appear to be TV Tuner card friendly. I have a Hauppauge Win TV card and it locks up most of the time while watching TV. I have a NVidia TNT2 graphics card with 32mb ram with the updated XP drivers. Windows 2000 pro performs faster and I have no problems with my TV Tuner card.
