I don't know if this will work or not (it may or may not).
Right-click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'.
Click on 'Hardware'.
Click on 'Device Manager'.
Click on 'Modems'.
Double-click on your modem.
Click on 'Driver'.
And then click on 'Roll Back Driver'.
(Remember to create a System Restore point first, just in case!).
