Windows Messenger Friday, November 30, 2001 at 2:55 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Stuart McLellan (1 messages posted) As soon as I had loaded XP i tried to set up my messenger account. Stupidly I mistyped my e-mail address. Now whenever I try to sign in it recognises me under the wrong name and asks me to verify my address but obviously I can't as the address is wrong. I can't find any way to re-set the address. I tried to sign in under another name but it still defaults to the first (incorrect) name I entered. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
