The SCSI controller caused files on the hard disk drive to become corrupted. The
drive itself may not have been the problem but the result was still unuseable files
and data stored on the drive. I posted this message because I wanted others to be
cautious of a similar problem, not to generate dialog on the semantics of the words
I used.
