I have a drive in a win98 box that I need to access with an XP home machine. After fighting for about three days and getting nothing but problems I gave up and rebuilt the XP machine with ME. The closest I got with XP is seeing the 98 machine, yet not seeing that the drive had any files on it, and also that Netware did not find the tree the 98 machine was on. I am not sharing an internet connection, I am trying to connect them over the LAN at work. I really would like to get rid of ME and replace it with XP but until I can get the networking to go I have to stay with ME. Does anyone have any ideas?
