I have not seen a definite answer but have seen alot of post about this. I am not
exactly sure what is being referred to. I do know that the box next to read only
has three states, not checked, checked, greyed (or green depending on theme). I believe
the grey means read only to users other than the person currently logged on or admin,
something to that effect. Checked would probably be read only regardless of user.
