. . . on Windows XP. My hard drive had crashed and Dell replaced with a new hard drive. I loved the idea of starting with a fresh, clean hard drive. Several older programs were inadvertantly loaded onto my system and multiple problems ensured. I don't have much on the system now in the way of data, etc. and would like to take the opportunity to completely format and get back to as clean a hard drive as possible and re-load XP. How do I go about doing it? With thanks and smiles, Betsy
