I had similar problems with AOL and my new PC several weeks ago , but mine related to dial up numbers and the fact I use a Telewest line. The one thing I can tell you is keep contacting them and you will get the correct answer because as I found out the quality and ability of the staff there can vary a great deal. So good luck and keep trying.
