Question about 'Troubleshooting Driver Problems' Wednesday, December 19, 2001 at 1:05 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Bobby (2 messages posted) I have a big problem, my burner and my dvd rom drive don't work......I mean they are in the computer, but it says that is isn't installed....When ever I start up my computer it detects new hardware, but how can I install new hardware when it asks me to put in my windows ep cd, but my dvd rom drive isn't installed yet. So it can't read the cd to install the burner. Someone please help me?
