Just a point of information XP is based on Windows 2000. It has nothing in common
with 98, or ME. If anything XP is like Windows 2000 SP4. If you think XP is tough
to play games on try it on 2000. In any case there are tools in XP to allow you to
customise the way the system handles 95, 98, 98SE, ME, NT4, and 2000 products. It
does however require you to read and learn how to use them. It seems most people
are just too lazy to buckle down and use XP properly and then to cover their ignorance
claim that they liked 98 better anyway! Ha.
