okalmost no info to work with here,but lets give it a shot.lucent modems use the
agere chipset go to the agere site and download the generic driver, assume this is
a laptop, go to manufacturers site and get recommended updates hopefully including
modem for your machine.2nd make sure you are using the latest atand t software, if
the above doesnt solve the problem, uninstall the atand t software and install latest
from cd, good luck
