Find someone with a win98 or winME system and create a boot disk. Go to control panel\add remove programs and click the create startup disk tab. Create the disk, reboot system with disk in and from the A: prompt browse to the win98 directory of yur win98 CD. Type setup and yur off and runing. Personally, I would format the drive before installing win98. Should be able to run the format command from the boot disk you create. Good luck ..fuguroo2
