Hi - if you format your XP drive as NTFS it will be able to access FAT32 drives (which includes Windows Me of course), however, Windows Me will not be able to access the NTFS drives, in fact, as far as Me is concerned, the NTFS drives will not exist. Hope this helps. Carl.
