Thanks for prompt e-mail...pleae help clarify the following:

>remove programs | highlight remove windows XP| click ok. That's it.
Windows XP Uninstall does NOT appear in the currently Installed programs; therefore
there is nothing to highlight, and click ok. Can I still go to command prompt and
type in "osuninstall.exe"?
>Have you tried to reinstall your wordprocessing >program and then search for your

Will I find all my .doc and .xls files once I install Microsoft office 2000 that
includes WORD and EXCELL?

I am the only user...I will check HELP on how to log on as Administrator, and what
right permissions are.
>Use the help and support that comes with XP to solve most of these questions.
I will check the help as suggested to see if answers are there. Thanks for your timely
