I did it!!!! Thank you so much! I have tried everything to connect my XP to hubby's
ME with NO luck at all untill I came across this forum in search of a 'way' to connect.
He could see my computer and go through my files but I could not see his puter at
all.
After reading this post below, I uninstalled all of what was in my Network adapters
except TCP/IP. Ran the Network Wizard, (which said it could not complete the connection)
but I restarted my puter anyway, looked for hubby's puter in the neighborhood and
found it!!!!! Of course I had to use the 'search' for other computers but it showed
up!
I'm so grateful to those of you who take the time to help those of us who try very
hard to figure things out on our own but just cannot find the way...
