I've removed the driver and let Windows pick what it liked.
It didn't behave differently.
Unfortunatly, the NIC in question is built-in so I can't easily swap
it out. I'm currently using a PCMCIA Ethernet card but would like to
use the PCMCIA slot for something else.
I was hoping for a short tutorial on working down the "Code 12"
error -- i.e., how to figure out which resource the driver can't
reserve and how to make that resource available.
