It's avaliable at their download link.. http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/download.html At the bottom, you'll see the wb3fastload tweak... I don't know why they call it a tweak, it's really a patch. Marketing, I guess. I installed it and it fixed my bootup problems with xp. Good Luck.
