I have had the same problem for weeks but to-day I downloaded the bigfix from evesham.com
site that solves many problems with evesham customer computers and they have told
me the problem lies with smartlink 56k modem and aol 7 there is a dispute between
the two and has not been digitally signed by microsoft yet but the problem is to
be resolved by late january 2002,hope this helps to all who had this pain in the
butt problem,cheers.
