A letter from Microsoft came back a few weeks later that said I didn't send the cover or a page header off the book of 98, as proof. I had scanned the cover. They sent back all the material that I had previously sent. This time I tore out the very first page and sent that along with all the rest of the material. Two days ago I had a letter in the mail from Microsoft that said they will not deliver a rebate to a PO box, I do not have a PO box, I have a "RR box 390" rural box on a post. I told them that in the letter that I had to return. It seems that someone there can't read. I feel bad for all those people that have a PO box, they won't get the $20 rebate.
