I found out that the "Automatically Restart on system failure" -option was selected on Control Panel --> System --> Advanced --> Startup And Recovery Settings. So my computer rebooted because of the Blue Screen Of Death caused by that little system tray utility "Project Selector" which is a part of the roxio Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum -suite.
