I have a Sony Vaio running XP with both DVD and CD-RW drives. I installed Easy CD Creator 5.0 Platinum and everything worked pretty good, with a few funny messages saying that the other user had in use the CD Direct thing. Last week after I made my first VCD, the computer lost the CD-RW drive. It shows up no where, and it won't even eject. I have tried all of these fixes that these messages offer. I have the DVD and have uninstalled it and re-installed it and still the computer can not find the CD-RW. Can anybody help?
