Hey...
I am having the same problem. Everything was working great and then all of a sudden,
the only save format that it allows me is bitmap. I thought it was a virus and did
a scan but no virus showed up. Microsoft support suggest I restore my computer settings
back to an earlier date, but the problem continues.
If anyone has any suggestions, let me know
Thanks
