Hi, Go to http://grc.com/default.htm and scroll down to "Shields Up" Click-in and then scroll down to "Test My Shields" and "Probe My Ports", this won't fix anything but will let you see if your computer is open to attack. Also, while there, read the article "Denial of Service" about the thirteen year old hacker; this article contains a test to see if your computer is being accessed by hackers. Good luck.
