I wish I could..but I have been messing with this for weeks....and nothing changes....I
feel I am almost there but some little thing is wrong....
My problem is that no one answes who actually has a working configuration like mine..
so I have assurance that it works but no one who can say "I did it
In reference to your particular problem when I insert my XP set up disk in the Cd-rom
of the 95a it says.....
"The network set-up wizard is supported only on windows 98,windows 98SE, windows
Millenium edition and windows XP...
Instructions for configuring a network for other operating systems can be found in
the help files in these systems"
NOTE...It did not mention Windows 2000 either
I've followed all of them....and I still cannot get basic connectivity....they will
not even ping each other. but will ping themselves
Like I said the neigh. network screen in the 95a says my other computer is there
but will not access it...the Xp refuses to display anything saying the list of computer
is not currently availible
