Question about 'Turn Off Delete Confirmation'

I have a question about Turn Off Delete Confirmation:

I have Windows XP Home Edition. For some reason it refuses to disable the delete confirmatin message. So I have to do as I did in W 98. I have not installed your software, for I see it is for Windows 95 and 98. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this annoying problem? I have tried System Restore, but it did not do the trick. Thanks, jandruz
