HI,
If you are getting an error when trying to boot Windows XP that
UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME
on a blue screen. cannot get into normal windows or safemode.
Boot from WinXP CD and select option to repair windows using recovery console.
This will take you to a C prompt in DOS.
Type in CHKDSK /P and press enter. A percentage will go up on screen.
When this completes, type in FIXBOOT and press enter.
when you return to the C prompt in DOS, remove the WinXP CD and type EXIT and press
return.
The system will then restart and hopefully the systen should boot OK.
